Im Finder hat man die möglichkeit zwischen 4. verschiedenen Anzeigemethoden. Entweder als Symbole, Liste, Spalten oder als Galerie. Dies kann man über diesen Knopf einstellen.
Über Finder -> Einstellungen lassen sich noch zusätzliche Anzeigen aktivieren, wobei dort das Wichtigste das eigene Macbook unter Orte ist. Nur so bekommt man direkten Zugriff auf die Festplatte vom Gerät.

Mit folgendem Tipp kann man verschiedene Suchfilter abspeichern, welche auch stets aktualisiert werden wenn neue Dateien dazu kommen.
Hier kann man die Suchfilter anpassen, diese haben viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung, so das für jede/n etwas dabei ist. Hiermit kann man sich dann verschiedene Suchfilter als Ordner anlegen, damit man gewisse Dateien schneller findet oder schneller Griffbereit hat.
